Just Don’t Call Them Cartoons


The first International Caricature Fest was the first official ISCA convention in Korea. The idea was to bring artists together, expand the creative boundaries of expression in caricature and gain more awareness about the art of caricature in Southeast Asia. There were artists from Japan, Korea, Singapore, the USA and Canada.
